Accessibility North is a unique Northern Ontario company that teaches and trains organizations and business how to comply with the new accessibility legislation in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The first standard, Accessible Customer Service Standard, is not about "physical" accessibility but how we serve customers, clients, patrons in our organizations.
