afriqueDev™ studies, defines, promotes, proposes approaches, solutions and searches for technological, financial, commercial partners for Africa-wide initiatives and projects for socio-economic development. afriqueDev™ provides project management services and aims at syndicating private and sovereign investment for humanitarian and infrastructure projects. afriqueDev™ collaborates with local municipalities to jointly identify social housing needs and directly design, fund and build social housing units on a non-recourse basis. Furthermore, afriqueDev™ provides financial, logistical, technical support to activities aimed at improving local infrastructure improvements, capacity building (educational and vocational training support), health infrastructure support and other socially impactful activities on a subsidy/grant basis for the end beneficiaries.
