The Arab Women's Association in Sweden- AWAS, is an international political and religious unfettered organization based in Stockholm. We aim to assert the principle of equality, integrate women with different ethnic backgrounds in the Swedish society and promote cultural and educational activities for all to increase the humans ability to form their own life.AWAS believes the society grows through insight, knowledge and participation. By organizing seminars, courses and conferences we contribute to gender equality, increased well- being and social inclusion.
