9 years ago we left our homelands of Melbourne, Australia and Veneto, Italy and headed to Barcelona in search of adventure. We met at a foodie event and the rest, as they say, is awesome. We offer a variety of locally grown and gathered food experiences, from pop-up dining events and cooking workshops to boutique catering services for corporate events and tailored celebrations. We provide simple, beautiful food with a focus on sustainability. What does sustainability mean to us, in practical terms?We buy only seasonal, organic and responsibly sourced local ingredients and nurture relationships with ethical, regenerative, local producers who share our passion for honest food. We minimise plastic, packaging & food waste at every step of the production process. From shopping & cooking to presentation & delivery, we reduce, reuse and recycle everything.Within Barcelona, we deliver personally by cargo bike to help cut emissions, reduce city congestion and avoid exploitation of delivery drivers. We aim to help create a slower, more responsible food industry and even though it's sometimes harder and more expensive, we are committed to talking the talk, and walking the walk.The Bear on a Bike represents a slow movement gaining momentum and continues to inspire our project.
