BILLINGS CHILD CARE ASSOCIATION Details
The Billings Childcare Association is a 501 c3 non- profit organization that sponsors the Child and Adult Care Food Program. The BCCA existed before the CACFP was in Mt and was aligned with the State Childcare Association. The State wide association has lost good leadership and is currently floundering, but several of the local organizations, including Billings is strong. The BCCA holds monthly training meetings and supports and coordinates first aid & CPR. The CACFP portion stands alone under the sponsorship. CACFP is for state registered providers who choose to be on the program. There are competing programs available in the area (HRDC) and across the state.
