On this side, our own laboratory is approved by the IOC (International Olive Council, the regulatory body of Olive Oil Standards, based in Madrid) for the physico - chemical analysis in order to operate a full and reliable analysis through the whole process, from sourcing to storage and then bottling. Our tasting panel has been recently approved as well by the IOC and this ensures that we are delivering the right taste that can be suitable for the market expectation.
