Launched in 2004, Buy-A-Net MPG is Canada's first citizen driven initiative aimed at saving lives from malaria through a grassroots advocacy, awareness and fundraising campaign. With the mantra -$6 Bucks, Buy-A-Net, Save a Life - long-lasting insecticide treated bed nets and anti-malaria medicines are distributed free-of-charge through community based partners, one village at a time in Africa. Uganda is the group's first target country.
