It works by automatically matching job seekers with a so-called "Buzz Heros" based on the type of work experience, industry, and location (Machine Learning). Once matched, a Buzz Hero develops personalized understanding of the candidate, screens and recommends (or not) her to an open position. Buzz Hero gets paid on the spot up to $150 for each interview taken.
