"CAN-AM provides contract executive services to food and beverage companies for senior operational or project management executive leadership."Senior Consultant contracts with key customers have included senior operational leadership (as Vice-President, Operations & Engineering), facility design, equipment design and procurement, project management, start-up and commissioning for projects in the food and beverage processing industries. This includes analysis of production methods & procedures, equipment selections, plant and equipment layout, material handling, production schedules, resource selection & utilization, technical support, supply chain management, QMS programs, R&D projects management, continuous improvement projects etc.Hands on product & process experiences have been with all fresh and frozen bakery, frozen pizza, flat breads & salty snacks, frozen RTE meals, aseptic low acid foods and thermal processing sterilizers as well as retort thermal processing and Tetra Pak & Combi-bloc filling and packaging lines.
