El-Pikir Center for Public Opinion Study and Forecasting is a public organization for socioeconomic, demographic and political research and consulting based on quantitative or qualitative research expertise. El-Pikir conducts full-cycle research: from design, to data collection, analysis, reporting and dissemination. We have been committed to social research ever since the founding of the El-Pikir in 1999 and advocated the ICC/ESOMAR international standards ever since. Besides its qualitative and quantitative primary research, the center produces expert reports and evaluations, along with the development of strategies and future scenarios. Taking an active position in development of Kyrgyzstan EL-PIKIR conducts professional conferences, presentations, parliamentary hearings, other advocacy and lobbying activities, including logistical and technical support of such events which are key components to the formation of public opinion.
