«I vini di Cima del Pomer celebrano il legame tra la civiltà veneziana e la tradizione enologica trevigiana, specchio del sapere di una terra fertile e ricca di storia e bellezza. Non si tratta solo di metodo, quello raro che si basa sulla vinificazione sui lieviti senza sboccatura in base al quale facciamo il vino "fondante integrale®️". Non si tratta solamente di offrire bottiglie dalla veste semplice ma raffinata fedele al suo contenuto audace e controcorrente. Si tratta soprattutto della offerta ragionata di prodotti poco commerciali, rispondenti all'esigenza sempre più sentita di bere con leggerezza, senza zuccheri e solfiti non contro ma fuori dalla corrente comune. Siamo produttori dalla fine del 1700. La nostra passione sono i vini in affinamento sui lieviti che facciamo in versione sia frizzante che spumante secondo la tradizione tramandata da generazioni. La prozia Itala Pizzolotto Guarda, nata alla fine del 1800 , ha fondato la cantina in cui conserviamo quaderni di campagna e ricette meravigliose che si rifanno alla tradizione del vino FONDANTE e della ricca e gustosa cucina trevigiana. «The wines of Cima del Pomer celebrate the link between the Venetian civilization and the Treviso winemaking tradition, mirror of the knowledge of a fertile land rich in history and beauty. It is not just a method, the rare one that is based on vinification on yeasts without disgorging on the basis of which we make the "fondante integrale®️" wine, nor a question of offering bottles with a simple but refined look that is faithful to its origins, responding to the increasing need to drink lightly, without sugars and sulphites. Our passion is wines aged on yeasts that we make in both 'frizzante' and 'spumante' versions according to the tradition handed down for generations. Great-aunt Itala Pizzolotto Guarda, born in the late 1800s, founded the winery where we keep notebooks and wonderful recipes that refer to the tradition of FONDANTE wine and tasty Treviso cuisine.
