I will then implement the necessary changes to drive sustained revenue growth.• I don't just show you how to do it, I do it for you as your VP of Sales!Are you the Owner, President or CEO of a business with $5M to $50M in revenue that isn't growing to potential? Has it become difficult to grow sales without experienced leadership and oversight of your team? Do you need an outside perspective and fresh ideas?► WHAT I DO FOR YOU:▪ Assess your current sales team and practices, and recommend adjustments where needed.▪ Handle all aspects of leading, coaching and developing your sales team.▪ Design and implement your sales team's growth infrastructure including hiring, customized compensation plans, forecasting and management processes, defined sales process, reporting and much more....► HOW I DO IT:▪ Work as your fractional Vice President of Sales 1, 2 or 3 days per week with your team.▪ Execute my deliverables under a detailed Scope of Work that clearly describes how I create the discipline, accountability and sales infrastructure 30 years of leadership experience: 10+ as a military officer and 20 in Corporate America $300M+ and small companies $5M+. I have established and rebuilt sales teams and strategy from the ground up. My deep Sales Leadership experience has given me the insight to work in a wide array of company cultures where clarity and direct communication skills are needed. I use the Sales Xceleration process to identify existing trends within your sales organization, enhance and develop your sales team and sales process to help execute your sales growth metrics until you're ready to hire a full-time VP of Sales.
