Community Mentorship is a locally owned agency committed to providing compassionate personal care and home support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities; we provide Community Residential Rehabilitation, Home and Community habilitation, Companion, and behavioral supports. Community Mentorship was created as a result of a small, but dedicated and ambitious group of leaders in Montgomery County. Since our inception, Community Mentorship has created benchmark programming and home and community supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We don't see ourselves as caregivers; rather, we are partners, facilitators, community members and teachers. Community Mentorship has dedicated itself to supporting people to live their best lives in the community.
