Independent lager brewery developing German brewing techniques since 2005. Trialling the UK's 1st reduced-ABV vegan beer at 2.2%. No artificials. Inspired by the great brewer legends of Bavaria, we do things the traditional way with added twists thrown in here and there, evolving brewing techniques to enhance natural flavours. Our brewery is based in Bourton on the Water, where our lager is brewed from scratch and then bottled on site. Naturally flavoured, naturally carbonated and bottled without the use of isinglass - our beers are vegan and contain no nasties.
