In some like Advertising there is a 70-30 rule wherein only 30% foreign equity is allowed.As a holding company we plan to diversify our offering by entering into Joint Ventures with entities seeking to enter in Myanmar. As a 100% foreign owned company this makes our group attractive as it will allow foreign companies to buy into JVs created without fear of a local takeover. Take note that our legal advisors tell us that even if a foreign entity has a written agreement with a local shareholder it may not hold up in Myanmar court as local shares are only allowed to be allocated to locals.With the rapid growth of adspend, Dual Action Blender Co. Ltd. opened an Advertising Agency in 2014 with the goal of aligning with a global Advertising Network by 2015. That is the first stage.
