In January 2009 V B Johnson LLP Chartered Quantity Surveyors, acquired DWA Partnership, a Watford-based professional practice established in 1984 providing financial, contractual and management services to the Construction Industry.I am now taking an active role in further promoting DWA Partnership, having previously worked for it as a consultant Our current and previous Clients include most of the biggest contractors and developers in the uk more recently Barratt, Wilmott Dixon, ISG, St George, Costain, Balfour Beatty. I have summarised the main services that DWA offer below:- • Secondment of our in-house Quantity Surveying and Project Management staff for short to medium term commissions • Technical Services such as production of bills of quantities, estimating bills etc, variation accounts, forensic quantity surveying, bid management, programme management, etc. • Specialist services such as advice in connection with claims and disputes. • Building Surveying services for commercial property such as Party Wall Awards, Conditions Surveys etc. A full description of our services followsAs members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we possess full professional indemnity insurance together with Public & Employers Liability insurance.
