Ferguson Construction Services, Inc. is a mid-sized commercial and industrial electrical contractor that has completed a multitude of projects in the commercial office, retail, hospitality and light industrial markets over the past 37 years. FCS has completed projects up and down the east coast with our primary focus being in the southeast. Some of our more notable accomplishments over the years would be the completion of 51 JCPenny department stores, 5 Sears and Roebuck department stores, 9 Home Depot home improvement stores, 4 Life Time Fitness Clubs, The Atlanta Financial Center - Phase III and the Fashion Mall at Plantation in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our most current project is the Old Ivy Village shopping center which consists of a 28,000+sf Sprouts Farmers Market, two separate retail shops buildings totaling 18,000+sf as well as site development.
