Welcome to Fireside Leadership! A forum hosted by Liza Magcale and Janice Lee where we chat with leaders about their journey to personal success. We highlight the leadership lessons that are not found in textbooks. The soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, decision making and empowerment to name a few. Our guests have interesting stories and come from a variety of backgrounds with a multitude of experience building and leading teams. They have all achieved a personal level of success within their industry by staying true to course and adjusting to arising challenges.The goal of this podcast is to enable the listener to challenge existing beliefs. By that we mean to expose the listener to new ways of thinking and challenge existing beliefs. We aim to provide an actionable lesson or tool that can be applied immediately.
