FoQIS is a SaaS / web-based software development company created to help nursing homes prepare for and perform well under the government mandated QIS (Quality Indicator Survey) and QAPI (Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement) regulations. FoQIS products include a web based software application designed to conduct internal mock surveys and quality assurance as well as a full-suite of consulting services to help nursing homes use FoQIS to design and implement a Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program. The FoQIS software thoroughly covers all Federal regulations and simulates the forms and procedures used in the Quality Indicator Survey from the beginning of Stage I to the completion of Stage II. FoQIS also features a robust reporting suite designed to help managers easily identify deficiencies and areas for performance improvement as well as to track and trend results over time and across multiple facilities. The software has been tested in current nursing home operations that has shown to improve survey results in actual state surveys by 80%+.
