Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Fresh Coast Guardians program empowers businesses, government institutions, homeowners, and individuals to take an active role in protecting our most precious natural resource: water. We do this by providing the inspiration, education, and the technical assistance needed to hold water where it falls. Our goal is to introduce green infrastructure practices to community allies to help us achieve our goal of capturing 740 million gallons of water, while satisfying industry partners permit goals, sustainability initiatives, and financial savings. Help us prevent polluted storm runoff from reaching our waterways, while improving water and air quality of our community by managing water better when it rains or snows.
