Fulwood Fabrications is a privately owned and completely independent company, established in 1975 and constantly changing to meet the needs of present day requirements.Fulwood's versatility uses the skills of its personnel to produce a wide range of engineering products for many diverse industries, and is well equipped to meet the most stringent of quality requirements.The company operates from a fully equipped factory with a total floor area of 11,000 square feet and a lifting capacity of 20 tonnes.We have a wealth of experience in the manufacture of high quality fabrications and predominately work in Mild Steel, but as and when necessary can manufacture components in Special Alloy Steels, ABRO, Corten, Boiler Plate, Stainless Steel and Aluminium, historically these fabrications being used within the Mineral Processing, Mining, Metal Recycling, MOD, Steelworks, Chemical, Cement and General Engineering Industries, but are always looking to widen our scope of clients whatever the sector may be.The Company has links to numerous precision sub-contract machinists, and these contacts together with other carefully sourced sub-contract services enable us to offer our customers a "one stop" fully engineered and finished package.At Fulwood we are extremely aware of the necessity to work to a strict Quality Assurance System, and to demonstrate our capability to control the processes that determine the acceptability of the finished product, we are accredited to Quality System BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and registered under certificate GB00614.In 2015 we became accredited to EN1090-1:2009/AI:2011 and BS EN ISO 3834-2:2005 and can carry out work to Exc Class 3 and issue documentation to cover. We have in house NDT and PCN Level II Inspectors which we believe aid in controlling our projects and providing the highest quality of workmanship.
