An initiative to crowdsource legislation at all levels of U.S. government and empower the citizenry with direct votes on such legislation through their elected representatives. Citizens would assign their votes by subject matter to subject matter "expert" local representatives they trust. Votes would be aggregated at the local level and passed forward to the end representative.
