The Hächler-Group has been carrying out trenchless sewer rehabilitation in Switzerland since 1992. Based on our experiences on our own construction sites, we began to develop our first sewer rehabilitation robots as early as 1993. For our patented EL 300/600 inlet pipe rehabilitation system we obtained the Swiss QUIK certificate of fitness nº 2004-12-5430-01 and one year later DIBT certificate nº Z-42.3-372 from the German Institute for Building Technology. With the aim of becoming the leading full-range supplier to the sewer rehabilitation market, we developed the HF200 and HF130 milling robots in 1998. We entered the growing branch connection market with our unique "Climb" milling robot. This moves forward on the segmented worm principle and can thus easily negotiate bends in branch connections. At the same time, the existing systems were made even more versatile. In addition to ERGELIT kanaltec CF dry mortar, the EL 300/600 can now be used with epoxy resin and top hat sections. We achieved our break-through in inliner technology with the development of our various UV curing systems. You can be sure that we'll be bringing out further impressive, innovative products in the near future.
