ICC Thermal Mapping & Surveying is a U.S. Patented corporation that uses once secret military technology to SEE INSIDE building roofs and walls to determine the precise size and scope of moisture infiltration. We use a helicopter to collect data by both day and night. ICC's staff returns to our Florida office for post production of the data collected. ICC's patented GPS Thermal Maps and analysis enable our incredible accuracy of plus 95%. The purpose, of course, is to ascertain whether the building materials have years of useful life remaining or whether they should be candidates for restoration or replacement. Contaminated moisture infiltration is the leading cause of building roof and wall degradation. By identifying moisture problems while small and embarking on repair, years of remaining life can be extended which translates into a savings or reallocation of millions of dollars.
