Our process combines pressure variations, oxidisation, energy and extracts that naturally preserves flavours and reduces the maturation time to 24 hours. We can therefore massively reducing spirit lost in the barrel and accelerating our product to market.As we are not constrained by industry practices or traditions, we believe we are just-in-time manufacturer with new flavours that can be reached the market in fraction of the time and therefore can push the limits of natural aromas and flavours creating a series of unique finished high-quality affordable spirits.
