Joey Jacobs grew up in Raleigh, NC when his father moved the family from Wilson. His father was a residential home builder and his mother a residential real estate agent. Joey graduated from ECU with a BS in Finance/Real Estate. Following graduation, he worked alongside his father to build his first home in 1986. He currently has an unlimited building license, is an NC Real Estate Broker, a certified NC Residential Appraiser, and has developed several subdivisions in the Raleigh area.Joey takes great pride in his work as a residential custom home builder and enjoys the challenges associated with developing and building. While he builds many speculative homes, he immensely enjoys partnering with his clients to create a custom-built home. Joey is not just an average builder with a general contractor's license; he brings a broad range of real estate knowledge and 30+ years of experience to each project.
