The office has long been a market leader in the Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters & Miami area with good results in the surrounding suburbs of Broadbeach, Burleigh & Robina. We are a major selling agent, and in 2008 won the prestigious 'Sales Team of the Year' award for the Eastern seaboard and our office has ranked either second or third in the Professionals Group for the past six years for the whole of Queensland. We are a family-owned and operated business. In total we have 19 dedicated staff on board, who are highly experienced in their field. Some of our people have been with us for up to 20 years. The department employs six staff (all licensed and experienced) to look after the property. Our agency is a successful business that believes in putting something back into the community and are the long-term major financial sponsors for three local surf life saving clubs; Mermaid Beach, Nobby Beach and Miami Beach. Over the past decade we have donated in excess of $275,000 to those clubs to enable the purchase of valuable lifesaving equipment.
