The Free Zone, which is adjacent to the 1st Organized Industrial Zone on the Ankara entrance road of Kayseri, is approximately 15 km away from the Airport. It started its activities in 1998 on a flat land of 6.905.000m². District D.D.Y. 900 meters to the loading and unloading ramp, 600 meters to the international highway. Due to its distance, it is on a suitable land for all kinds of investments. The region, which has the largest Free Zone (6,905,000m²) area in Turkey, is also the most suitable region for investment with a land sales price of $22.00/m². Currently, 6,000 people are employed in the region. The most important facilities of the region consist of production-oriented facilities such as office furniture, sheet metal pipe and profile, electrostatic powder paint, bed-base, durable consumer goods, aluminum conductor wire facilities, white goods production factory. In addition, investor producers also have income tax exemption for workers. The bureaucracy has been reduced to the lowest level by the approval of the construction license and occupancy permits required for investment in our region in a short time like a few hours.The trade volumes of the region continue to increase every year.Our region is the most intensive production weighted region in Turkey.
