KOLABO SG Details
KOLABO is a play on the word collaborate. 1. "Ko (or 子 in Kanji)' refers to child or children. In our use, we have taken it to symbolize the next generation of foodies and chefs. 2. "Labo" - in short, this refers to our space which was engineered as a studio kitchen and laboratory for private dining, food experiments and collaboration, alike. It is a cosy space for meeting like minded chefs and passionate foodies.
