LINC is a leadership development program that incorporates leadership training through the University of Minnesota Extension while connecting people to others, opportunities and knowledge throughout Redwood County. Why the need for LINC Redwood County?We are stronger together than we can ever be apart. Only by learning more of what makes Redwood County great can we begin to make it even greater. According to Ben Winchester – "During the last census period in the US, while the population increased 10 percent, the number on non-profits increased 32 percent. These non-profits and government agencies reflect the need for leadership, for the need for people to set up and serve."Who can participate in LINC Redwood County?Anyone who lives, works, or worships in Redwood County or has children attending a Redwood County School. Participants will gain leadership skills, awareness of local resources and create personal and professional networks.
