One important way to do this is through training, with a variety of paid training opportunities each year. Maison Care exceeds state minimum Personal Care Assistant pay and benefit requirements with overtime over 40 hours and Christmas Bonuses to eligible employees. Maison Care also has a volunteer program that gives back life necessities to seniors in shelters and the community.Maison Care has a strong belief in charitable giving which is a big part of our philosophy.
