Major League Darts (MLD) is a dart tour based in The United States of America and Canada whose purpose is to provide long format 501 steel-tip dart tournaments for the better dart players in those countries with a long term goal of reaching the World Championships. MLD Tour Stops: The goal of MLD is to have Tour Stops in geographically central locations to make it easier on travel for players across the two countries. Initially, MLD Tour Stops will not be on weekends which conflict with current ADO and NDFC major events. Eventually we hope to have at least 1 event a month, possibly more. The reason MLD came about is to provide a tournament setting for the better players to play against the best players on the continent on a more regular basis, with better payouts, in a longer format tournament with fewer events each weekend.
