Managing Director at Lingel India, a leading brand for uPVC windows and doors since 2006. Here I have built a core team that manages end-to-end solutions for customers from generating leads to installation. I believe that everything is possible and so in a short span under my leadership, the company has grown with dealers in almost every city. I have a team of over 200 employees. Time management is crucial for any business to flourish, so I have instilled the motto 'Time Every Time' in my team which sets them apart from the rest.By winning various awards and recognition, I have also introduced new products to my customer. The latest innovations -Lingel 6.0 Aluminium Windows and Smart Li- windows that are wi-fi controlled.Currently, I am also the President of the uPVC Window and Door Manufacturers Association (UWDMA) I am using knowledge and expertise in the fenestration industry. I have been a part of various panels discussions and have expressed my views on various forums related to the industry such as my association for windowmaker UWDMA and the German Government body GIZ to introduce with the support of the MSDE Ministry of skills (Ministry of Skill development and Entrepreneurship) to introduce training and skill development programs for the industry. As its president, UWDMA team and I are working together with BIS (Bureau of Indian standard) for bringing the first standard on uPVC windows in India alive. Presently the association has already introduced a fabrication guideline to raise the quality level of industry. This step has been taken to assure that consumers get the best possible products.I believe in "LINGEL always First", keeping personal and other priorities always secondary that the key focus in developing the brand Lingel to one of India's most recommended companies. I am also running a small afternoon education program at a village since 2010 and have witnessed tremendous growth of the children in this area.
