I aim to create recipes that make you feel happy, healthy and whole while also offering pediatric and obstetric nutrition tips. I also specialize in recipes and meal plans that focus on three main health issues: diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. These meal plans will primarily be based on the Mediterranean and DASH diets and consist of shopping lists, cooking tips and tricks, and nutrition education explanations that will be paired with each recipe detailing the benefits of each ingredient and what it does for your body.
