Matrix temp Buddy is a bespoke software system capable of major adjustments to suit businesses individual requirements. Our system was originally designed by Recruiters for Recruiters, which enables us to develop as the market alters. Matrix Temp Buddy is GLA compliant, as well as AWD compliant, so no longer do you have to worry about the intricate sides to recruitment. We have also taken our product to a whole new level. We have introduced fingerprint biometric scanning to eliminate human input, therefore cancelling out possible human error. Our system runs both front and back office, so hours are sent through to back office on a live basis, giving you or your clients the benefits to check hours and costs at any point throughout the working week. Where as normally, you would be expected to input all hours for every worker, because the system does this for you, the only thing you need to do each week is to click the process button and you can generate mass payroll lines in as little as minutes. We have successfully saved companies thousands of pounds in labour, and we've given companies the flexibility to focus on business development, rather than the day-to-day structures of recruitment. The AWD component catches groups of companies who trade under the same name and in turn calculates weeks worked in a count down format once the individual has reached the cross over point Matrix Temp buddy will automatically change the system settings to allow AWD compliance.
