MetaFitness & Wellness Center's Mission Statement:To provide balanced, caring and goal oriented training and support that respects individual differences and integrates wellness in body, mind and spirit.Offer small group classes including indoor water rowing, GRAVITY Total Gym, Whittlel Your Middle and Spin. We also have regular fitness classes of zumba, group strength, step, yoga, pilates, mindful movement, bootcamp AND MORE. We supply personal training, older adult fitness, the Home Support Exercise Program, lifestyle coaching and goal setting, nutritional coaching, body composition analysis, postural analysis, post rehab and fusion. With the use of the Vectra functional trainer, Indoor Water Rowers, Total Gyms, Trickster bikes, Vicore core bench, medicine balls, kettlebells, bosu, Vipr, battling ropes, body bars and much more up to date equipment, we have training for many ages and abilities. Drumming cirlces, meditation, massage, energy work including Reiki and workshops on fitness or energy matters round out the wellness experience at MetaFitness. Speaking engagements or active workshops are offered for the workplace, conferences and seminars.We are dedicated to high quality customer service & results driven programs delivered in a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere.
