Led by General Manager Charles Mistich, Milestone Project Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keystone Engineering Inc. Its purpose is to provide clients with a proven method of minimizing downtime and reducing risk in the execution of both large scale projects and smaller maintenance activities. \\Milestone accomplishes this by choreographing each installation activity of the project in explicit detail. By creating and implementing a unique planning process known as the "Table Top Execution Plan" (TTEP), Milestone provides the critical link between engineering/design and installation. \\This process creates a 'mock execution' of project construction, shut-ins and maintenance activities before actual work begins to identify potential issues, optimize safety and provide the opportunity to minimize downtime. \\Milestone also has the capability to incorporate 3D Laser Scanning into the project design phase, achieving an even greater level of accuracy and efficiency.
