North American Port Infrastructure LLC was formed in 2008, bringing together leading port and infrastructure industry specialists. Our purpose - to affect program developments and project deals related to underutilized assets along or near navigational waterfronts or distribution networks including highway, rail and inland waterways. Our strengths include: • Designated team of international port and infrastructure specialists • Expertise in U.S. opportunities as well as the global marketplace • Working with investment projects based on existing databases and relationships of infrastructure specialists • Experience with the A/E and EPC community for project implementation We look for port related assets and development opportunities in partnership with others to establish financial investments in assets that demonstrate strategic competitive advantages, economic growth, redevelopment potential and sustainable development. NAPI provides the management and implementation capability for addressing the planning, legal, environmental, engineering and construction phases of project developments. Additionally, during the due- diligence stages of projects, NAPI provides the financial modeling tools that allow for sound financial evaluations of project investments. In the developer role, NAPI works with the private equity funds and co-developers in meeting all the required investment thresholds and approvals.
