We are currently a growing 115 unit self storage and office space rental facility located in the high growth sector of Tyler TX. Fully secured property with 24hr access and video surveillance. We currently have 48 climate controlled units ranging in size from 5X10 to 12X24. There are 65 non climate controls that range in sizes from 5X10 to 10X30 along with covered and non covered parking spaces. We have 2 office space rentals on property, an R&D shop and a Personal Training Studio and plans to expand to 200+ units mostly climate controlled, along with additional office space rentals over the next 10 years.
