Open Form Games is an avant grade game design studio with an emphasis on exploratory and experimental video game experiences. Open Form Games was founded by Stuart Templeton and Thomas Hurtt as a means of reducing game development overhead cost and ultimately reducing the risk associated with strong engineering innovation. In addition to gaming products for end-users, Open Form Games also extends its own server-side software to the gaming community as web services and other middleware, including PetiteBoard Open Form Games' extremely light-weight leaderboard service.Products developed by Open Form Games are predominantly built using industry leading engines Unity 3D or Cocos2d-x, in C#, C++, Java, and Obj-C. Back-end and server-side support systems are built using Ruby on Rails and employ the latest web technologies.
