Outside The Box is a 10-day multi-arts festival in Boston, Massachusetts, that will have its inaugural Festival July 12 to 21, 2013, with events on Boston Common and beyond. Founded by successful Boston businessman turned philanthropist Ted Cutler, Outside The Box will be free and open to all. Outside The Box is designed to capture the talent and enthusiasm and to generate creative energy from every corner of the city. Outside The Box 2013 will be curated to change the way people engage and explore creativity, innovation and invention through the discovery and participation of the arts. The Festival will showcase New England's personality over the course of ten days from July 12 to 21, 2013 by shining a spotlight on Boston's outdoor public spaces, and showcasing established institutions and independent voices. Outside The Box is open to all and the events on the public spaces are free.
