"REIGADA & Borda –Abogados–" is the union of professionals with extensive experience gained from years of study and research. Attys. Reigada and Borda have worked in reputable and renown law firms in the City of Buenos Aires. Atty. Alejandro Borda was a partner in "Estudio Borda" –one of the most reputable law firms in Argentina founded by his father, Atty. Guillermo A. Borda, a renown jurist who was the chief architect of the Argentine Civil Code Reform of 1968-, where he practiced civil law in areas such as contracts, civil liability, rights in rem, family and succession, while continuing his intensive teaching and legal research activities. Atty. Javier Reigada started his law practice at "Estudio Sambrizzi & Asociados" and has provided counseling services on company formation, bylaws, shareholders' agreement and company-related contracts including stock purchase agreements, mergers, spin offs, reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings. His practice includes agricultural law and he has carried out research works and surveys on different agriculture-related contracts, an area in which he has particular expertise. Both professionals have joined to continue to build upon the areas of practice in which they have been involved, potentiating results and thus ensuring the better provision of services in these areas.
