This is an ideal method to quickly and efficiently freeze a huge range of food product that include poultry, seafood, vegetables, bakery goods, etc. Compared to SST tunnels the Ultrafreeze initial investment is way lower, takes less time to deliver, and install. It has a smaller footprint, yet provides greater processing flexibility. Our tunnels outer shell is made of durable fiberglass. The injection is LN2 or CO2 and is automatic and adjustable. The injection is designed with solenoid valves for simplicity and reliability. Ample doors provide full access and easy entry to the interior for cleaning and maintenance, the doors are designed to never freeze shut. The modular design allows for easy and cost-efficient expansion as your processing needs grow.The shipping containers are designed for the dry ice, wholesale grocer, and food service, medical, and chemical industries. Our insulated containers were designed to withstand extreme temperatures, payload, and rugged use. Our different sizes include 11 cu. ft., 30 cu. ft. 96 cu. ft. and more! The sublimation rate is 7% loss/ day with pellets and 5% with blocks. Inner and outer shell is made of Polyethylene Plastic. Fork lift accessible from all sides. Inner thickness 3/16", leg thickness is 1/2", and # of ribs is 26 (more ribs improves structural integrity). We have 8 cu. ft., 12 cu. ft., 153 cu. ft., and the industry largest 308 cu. ft. Cabinet Freezers. Main difference between the tunnel and cabinet freezer is the cabinet freezer uses discontinuous freezing while the tunnel freezer uses continuous freezing.
