sheWorks4Him is a podcast ministry dedicated to serving Christian working women (CWW). Christian working women face unique challenges every day as they seek to live out their faith in their work and balance their work with the other demands of life. The sheWorks4Him podcast is dedicated to empowering Christian working women to live out their calling at work so that the world knows ‘sheWorks4Him'! sheWorks4Him is a part of the iWork4Him family of Podcasts, which have over 1,800 previously published episodes and over 3,000 guests interviewed. iWork4Him is an organization committed to unparalleled collaboration, strategic connection and workplace transformation – values that flow naturally into sheWorks4Him. Through a collaboration with dozens of ministries focused on the discipleship of CWW, sheWorks4Him will provide a weekly podcast that connects women to God, resources, and each other. Each episode will feature the faith and work story of a CWW, drawing attention to the resources (books, podcasts, ministries) that helped her along the way. Every ministry and podcast serving Christian working women will be invited into this unique conversation. We do not want to build our own ministry boat. We want to raise all the existing boats to a much higher level. It is estimated that right now CWW ministries touch the lives of about 100,000 women. Through the collaborative media ministry of sheWorks4Him, that number should grow to 10,000,000 by 2030. sheWorks4Him is not about us; it's about Him in us at work.
