Stoeterij Koningsland was established in 1974. In 1992, son Marc, after an appropriate training, continued Stoeterij Koningsland in a professional way. Our friesians are trained by Sandra Verhoeven in a professional way. She can tell you all you want to know about their character and personalities. Koningsland restricts itself exclusively to the Friesian horse. Philosophy Till now a great number of horses have been sold and exported through intermediaries, so we did not come into contact with the buyers which we have always regretted. A website of our own and social media, however, gives us the opportunity to come into direct contact with you. The horses on offer are purebred friesians only. As our standard is high, the number of horses we have on offer is restricted. Our friesians are treated as individuals not numbers and most of them we know since they got weaned.
