We are an education enrichment partnership that designs and delivers challenging learn-by-doing courses to open children's minds to the world of business and enterprise.OUR PURPOSEWe believe in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and giving young people the skills, knowledge and aspirations they need to be successful in our fast-changing world of work.OUR METHODWe inject the 4th R (Real Life experience) into education by designing unique programmes using the latest business theory delivered by trainers with business experience.OUR REACHReaching over 3000 children aged 9 -18 and growing, we work with schools, charitable organisations and businesses.OUR PROOFENTERPRISE, EXPERIENCE & EMPLOYABILITY:Stride helps to fulfil the call from Ofsted, the DFE and business organisations to incorporate creative enterprise and work-readiness skills into the national curriculum.PRACTICAL, PURPOSEFUL & PROVEN: Stride's children have launched over 200 mini-businesses raising a profit of more than £15K for schools and charities, with a significant improvement recorded in their employability skills after completing the course.OUR DIFFERENCE→ We provide REAL LIFE experiences.→ We use UNIQUE COURSE MATERIAL, designed and delivered by business people.→ We COLLABORATE WITH PARTNERS to create programmes tailored to their objectives.→ We UNDERSTAND SCHOOLS' GOALS and are experienced at interpreting these needs into practical learning sessions.→ We deliver our programmes with OUR OWN TRAINERS - thereby freeing up teacher time. → We ALLOW CHILDREN THE FREEDOM to find innovative solutions to real business challenges.→ We set children objectives and PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY ON THEM to deliver the solutions.
