We believe that we work in teams because our work environment became too complex for one person to be an expert in everything. We believe that everybody wants to work in a way that they feel fully accepted in the team, and that they feel no barriers to deliver all the knowledge, experience and creativity that is needed. The team exists because it has to deliver a result, it has a task to perform. It is not primarily a group of friends, although they can become friends.
