Swiss Hedge Capital AG is an established and independent asset manager for collective investment schemes, which was founded in 2004. Since 2016 Swiss Hedge Capital AG is owned by Tell Group S.A. The company is regulated by FINMA since 2011 and is also a member of the Swiss Funds and Asset Management Association (SFAMA). A highly experienced and motivated team working together for many years, who work with passion and a strong commitment to the company. The company manages long/short pan-European equity funds with a dynamic, flexible strategy, trading short-term (tactical/opportunistic) and medium-term (strategic) positions in European Equities and Index futures on a variety of thematic macro and micro inputs. The track record of over 10 years shows an outstanding trading discipline and flexibility of the investment strategy to perform in different market situations, which limits the volatility of the funds. The conservative and flexible underlying strategy is to generate sustainable positive performance and preserve capital. After a dry period in 2012, we decided to adjust our strategic approach in mid-2013 as market behaviour changed fundamentally due to various market interventions by central banks and politicians. As a result, the strategy is now less involved in momentum trading; positions have longer holding periods but are actively traded. This has led to a positive result after an adjusting period post implementation and a continuous increase in assets under management. In 2008 the Swiss Hedge Capital investment strategy won the prestigious EuroHedge Award and was short-listed again in 2011.
