About UsEstablished in 2012 by Andrea Bodnari, Tech Solutions for Visual Independence LLC (TSVI) is an Assistive Technology Company specializing in affordable, mainstream, and freeware/shareware technology solutions for the Visually Impaired & Blind. As a teacher of the visually impaired, orientation & mobility specialist, and assistive technology specialist, Andrea provides professional development focused on the implementation of IOS, Windows, Google, and Android system accessibility and applications. In 2016, Andrea was joined by Derek Wilson as a venture partner, adding expertise in the areas of strategy, project management, partnership and business development. As Certified BlindSquare Solutions Consultants, TSVI trains BlindSquare as an instructional tool to reinforce Orientation and Mobility concepts. TSVI also designs, installs, and manages accessible navigational systems for the Blind & Visually Impaired using GPS, QR, and iBeacon technology in conjunction with the BlindSquare app.
