Creswell Heritage Trust is the charitable trust responsible for Creswell Crags museum and visitor centre in north Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire. A unique heritage site in a limestone gorge featuring several natural caves, with the oldest cave art in England, evidence of ice age inhabitation and recently discovered Witch Marks. Visitor centre with shop and cafe, guided tours offered daily. Collection of artefacts, with permanent exhibition and temporary exhibition space. Extensive formal education programme for schools, as well as ongoing activity programme for visitors of all ages. Corporate room bookings available. The organisation relies on donations and volunteers.
